Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: Разработка проекта внедрения ERP-системы на кондитерском предприятии.Цель работы – является разработка проекта по внедрению ERP-системы.Задачи работы:  Описать характеристику предприятия и ее организационную структуру;Анализировать деятельность предприятия «Любимая Кубань»;Сформулировать требования к информационной системе Анализировать российский рынок ERP-систем;Сделать рейтинговую оценку и выбрать более подходящее решение;Описать архитектуру выбранной системы и описать особенности этой системы;Описать настройки информационной системы, конфигурации модулей закупок и производства;Описать работу системы;Оценить экономический эффект от внедрения системыРаботы выполнены на основании показаний деятельности предприятия, где были собраны основные данные еще в работу, вошла информация из проектных документов и регламента предприятия.Использованы методики: анализ, сравнение, моделирование и прогнозирование. Основные результаты работы: исследовано предприятие с текущими процессами;– описаны проблемы предприятия;–сформулированы требования к прикладному решению;– проведен анализ рынка и выбор подходящей информационной системы;– составлен проект внедрения. Практическая значимость работы определено результатами автоматизации для предприятия: автоматизирована быстрая передача документации, автоматизирован складской учет, автоматизирован оперативный учет, увеличено количество готовой продукции. Выводы. Задачи работы выполнены, проект внедрения ERP-системы разработан, цель достигнута.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: Development of an ERP system implementation project at a confectionery enterprise.The purpose of the work - is the development of a project for the implementation of an ERP system.Tasks of work:1. Describe the characteristics of the company and its organizational structure;2. Analyze the activities of the enterprise "Lyubimaya Kuban";3. Formulate requirements for the information system 4. Analyze the Russian market of ERP systems;5. Make a rating assessment and choose a more suitable solution;6. Evaluate the economic effect of the implementation of the system.Work is performed on the basis of based on the indications of the activity of the enterprise, where the basic data were collected, information from the project documents and regulations of the enterprise was included in the work.The following methods were used: analysis, comparison, modeling and forecasting.The main results of the work: –An enterprise with current processes has been investigated;– The problems of the enterprise are described;– The requirements for the application solution are formulated;–Market analysis and selection of a suitable information system;– An implementation project has been drawn up.The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of automation for the enterprise: automated rapid transfer of documentation, automated warehouse accounting, automated operational accounting, increased the number of finished products.Conclusions The tasks of the work have been completed, the ERP system implementation project has been developed, the goal has been achieved.
