Темой выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра является «Разработка автоматизированной системы формирования ESG-отчетности для горно-металлургической компании».Цель работы – обосновать необходимость и эффективность внедрения автоматизированной системы ESG-отчетности.Задачи работы: Анализ требований к автоматизированной системе. Обоснование выбора инструментальных средств. Организация проектных работ. Технология сбора данных и формирования отчетности. Реализация проекта, разработка интерфейса и тестирование.Технико-экономическое обоснование проекта.Работа выполнена на основе существующих бизнес-процессов компании.Использованные методы: - канва бизнес-модели;- IDEF0 методология;- классификация;-      сравнительный анализ;- моделирование основных бизнес-процессов;- методы управления проектами;- методы оценки эффективности проектов.Основные результаты работы: - обоснован выбор инструментальных средств; - разработан план реализации ;- разработан прототип итогового интерфейса;-  выполнено технико-экономическое обоснование проекта;-  сформулирован перечень требований к системе.Практическая значимость работы определяется выводами работ по каждому этапу и экономическим обоснованием.Выводы: задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена эффективность проекта и его значимость для компании.
