Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: “Оценка инновационного потенциала промышленных предприятий в условиях кластерной политики”. Работа посвящена исследованию существующих способов оценки инновационного потенциала предприятий и их закономерностей, а также в разработке метода оценки инновационного потенциала промышленных предприятий, функционирующих в кластере с дальнейшей апробацией на нескольких регионах. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования включают в себя изучение теоретических аспектов инновационного потенциала предприятий; анализ текущего состояния инновационно-промышленных кластеров; анализ имеющихся методов оценки инновационного потенциала промышленных кластеров и выявить закономерности, а также разработка и апробация метода оценки инновационного потенциала промышленных кластеров на нескольких регионах. В ходе выполнения исследования применялись такие методы как анализ статистических данных и анализ научной литературы по проблемам оценки инновационного потенциала промышленных предприятий. В результате был разработан и апробирован улучшенный метод оценки инновационного потенциала промышленных предприятий в условиях кластерной политики, который учитывает региональную специализацию кластера, влияние производственных факторов в смежных промышленных областях, реализацию инновационных проектов в кластере. Метод позволяет более получить полную информацию о возможностях инновационного развития промышленных кластеров, путем расчета дополнительных коэффициентов, которые до этого не учитывались.

The topic of the final qualifying work: “Assessment of the innovative potential of industrial enterprises in the context of cluster policy". The work is devoted to the study of existing methods for assessing the innovation potential of enterprises and their patterns, as well as in the development of a method for assessing the innovative potential of industrial enterprises operating in a cluster with further testing in several regions. The tasks that were solved during the study include the study of theoretical aspects of the innovative potential of enterprises; analysis of the current state of innovation and industrial clusters; analysis of existing methods for assessing the innovative potential of industrial clusters and identify patterns, as well as the development and testing of methods for assessing the innovative potential of industrial clusters in several regions.In the course of the study, such methods as analysis of statistical data and analysis of scientific literature on the problems of assessing the innovative potential of industrial enterprises were used. As a result, an improved method for assessing the innovative potential of industrial enterprises in the context of cluster policy was developed and tested, which takes into account the regional specialization of the cluster, the influence of production factors in related industrial areas, and the implementation of innovative projects in the cluster. The method allows to obtain more complete information about the possibilities of innovative development of industrial clusters by calculating additional coefficients that were not taken into account before.
