Тема магистерской диссертации: «Исследование и организация регулярной спортивной работы на предприятиях» (На примере АО «Концерн «НПО «Аврора»). Объектом исследования является предприятие АО «Концерн «НПО «Аврора». Целью исследования является организация проектов регулярной спортивной работы на предприятиях разного размера и оценка их эффективности. На основе опроса трудовых ресурсов и финансовой диагностики предприятия были выявлены потребности в организации проектов спортивной работы для сотрудников. Были разработаны проекты спортивной работы в подразделениях организации и проанализирована их социальная и экономическая эффективность. Описаны и проанализированы теоретические основы организации спортивной работы на предприятиях в XX веке и в современное время, описана социально-экономическая эффективность спортивной работы на предприятиях, произведен анализ трудовых ресурсов предприятия, сделаны выводы о реализации проектов спортивной работы на предприятии. Произведен анализ положения АО «Концерн «НПО «Аврора» на рынке, для оценки влияния внешних и внутренних факторов на среду организации использованы методы PEST и SWOT-анализа. Выполнены расчеты, характеризующие финансовое состояние предприятия, показатели проанализированы в динамике. Разработана методика количественной оценки участия сотрудников НПО «Аврора» в спортивно-массовых мероприятиях. Проведена оценка социальной и экономической эффективности проектов по организации спортивных мероприятий для предприятий малого, крупного и особо крупного размера. Итогом исследования является обоснование социальной и экономической эффективности проектов по организации спортивной работы на предприятиях.

The topic of the master's thesis: "Research and organization of regular sports work at enterprises" (On the example of JSC Concern NPO Aurora). The object of the study is the enterprise of JSC Concern NPO Aurora. The purpose of the study is to organize projects of regular sports work at enterprises of different sizes and to evaluate their effectiveness. Based on a survey of labor resources and financial diagnostics of the enterprise, the needs for organizing sports work projects for employees were identified. Sports work projects were developed in the organization's divisions and their social and economic efficiency was analyzed. The theoretical foundations of the organization of sports work at enterprises in the XX century and in modern times are described and analyzed, the socio-economic efficiency of sports work at enterprises is described, the analysis of the labor resources of the enterprise is made, conclusions are drawn about the implementation of sports work projects at the enterprise. The analysis of the position of JSC Concern NPO Aurora in the market was carried out, methods of PEST and SWOT analysis were used to assess the impact of external and internal factors on the organization's environment. Calculations characterizing the financial condition of the enterprise are performed, the indicators are analyzed in dynamics. A methodology for quantifying the participation of employees of the NPO "Aurora" in sports events has been developed. The evaluation of the social and economic efficiency of projects for the organization of sports events for small, large and especially large enterprises was carried out. The result of the study is the justification of the social and economic efficiency of projects for the organization of sports work at enterprises.
