Данная работа посвящена модификации оценки эффективности инвестиционно-строительного проекта в промышленной отрасли в современных экономических условиях. Задачи, исследуемые в данной работе: 1) рассмотрение видов эффективности инвестиционно-строительных проектов в промышленной отрасли; 2) обоснование необходимости разработки методики оценки эффективности инвестиционно-строительных проектов индустриальных парков; 3) проведение опроса экспертов для определения направления модификации методики оценки эффективности ИСП в промышленной отрасли; 4) анализ и модификация методов оценки экономической эффективности инвестиционно-строительных проектов; 5) анализ вариантов расчета ставки дисконтирования при оценке эффективности инвестиционно-строительных проектов; 6) разработка и апробация методики комплексной оценки эффективности инвестиционно-строительного проекта индустриального парка на основе государственно-частного партнерства; 7) проведение опроса экспертов по оценке предложенной методики и обозначения рекомендаций.

This work is devoted to the modification of the assessment of the effectiveness of an investment and construction project in the industrial sector in modern economic conditions. The tasks studied in this work: 1) consideration of the types of efficiency of investment and construction projects in the industrial sector; 2) substantiation of the need to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of investment and construction projects of industrial parks; 3) conducting a survey of experts to determine the direction of modification of the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of ISP in the industrial sector; 4) analysis and modification of methods for assessing the economic efficiency of investment and construction projects; 5) analysis of options for calculating the discount rate when assessing the effectiveness of investment and construction projects; 6) development and testing of a methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of an investment and construction project for an industrial park on the basis of a public-private partnership; 7) conducting a survey of experts to evaluate the proposed methodology and designate recommendations.
