Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Государственная культурная политика и современная практика сохранения историко-культурного наследия в Финляндии». Данная работа посвящена анализу государственной культурной политики и современной практики сохранения историко-культурного наследия на территории Финляндии. Задачи, которые решались в ходе написания работы: 1. Обзор нормативно-правовых актов, действующих на территории Финляндии, касающихся охраны историко-культурного наследия; 2. Обзор научных публикаций по теме охраны историко-культурного наследия; 3. Описание и анализсостояния объектов историко-культурного наследия в Северной Европе; 4. Анализ современной практикигосударственной охраны объектов историко-культурного наследия в Финляндии. В ходе исследования было установлено, что Финляндия уделяет много внимания охране и популяризации историко-культурного наследия коренных народов Финляндии. Практическая значимость данной работы обусловлена тем, что она может быть использована как материал для подготовки лекций и семинаров по зарубежному регионоведению (культурология, искусствознание, история, регионоведение Финляндии).

The theme of the final qualification work: "State cultural policy and modern practice of preserving the historical and cultural heritage in Finland". This work is devoted to the analysis of the state cultural policy and modern practice of preserving the historical and cultural heritage in Finland. Tasks that were solved during the writing of the work: 1. An overview of the regulations in force in Finland regarding the protection of historical and cultural heritage; 2. Review of scientific publications on the topic of protection of historical and cultural heritage; 3. Description and analysis of the state of objects of historical and cultural heritage in Finland; 4. Analysis of the modern practice of state protection of objects of historical and cultural heritage in Finland. The study found that Finland pays a lot of attention to the protection and promotion of the historical and cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of Finland. The practical significance of this work is due to the fact that it can be used as material for the preparation of lectures and seminars on foreign regional studies (culturology, art history, history, regional studies of Finland).
