Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Разработка концепции социально-экономического развития страны (на примере Кот д`Ивуар) ». Целью исследования является разработка теоретических и практических рекомендаций для оценки ключевых условий и факторов укрепления потенциала социально-экономического развития в Кот-д'Ивуаре. Исследование выполнялось на базе социально-экономических показателей страны Кот-Д'Ивуаре. Предмет исследования: система управления развитием страны в контексте экономической и социальной составляющей экономики. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, а также специфические методы исследования, как коэффициент регрессии. Основные результаты исследования: обоснована необходимость пересмотра концепции социально-экономического развития страны Кот-д’Ивуар; разработана социально-экономическая концепция развития страны Кот-д’Ивуара; разработана общая стратегическая карта, а также стратегические карты по составляющим системы сбалансированных показателей. Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы при реализации концепции развития страны Кот-д’Ивуара и возможности масштабирования решения в различных Министерствах страны (экономика и финансы; национальное образование; государственный бюджет и портфель; план и развитие). Научной новизной исследования является разработка концепции социально-экономического развития страны Кот-д'Ивуар на основе использования системы сбалансированных показателей, методом каскадирования. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: "Development of the concept of socio-economic development of the country (on the example of Côte d'Ivoire)". The aim of the study is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for assessing the key conditions and factors for strengthening the potential of socio-economic development in Côte d'Ivoire. The study was carried out on the basis of socio-economic indicators of the Côte d'Ivoire country. Research subject: the system of management of the country's development in the context of the economic and social component of the economy. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods, such as the regression coefficient. The main results of the study: the necessity of revising the concept of socio-economic development of the Côte d'Ivoire country has been substantiated; the socio-economic concept of the development of Côte d'Ivoire country has been developed; a general strategic map has been developed, as well as strategic maps on the components of the balanced indicators system. Application field: application of the results of the work in the implementation of the concept of development of the country of Côte d'Ivoire and the possibility of scaling solutions in various Ministries of the country (economy and finance; national education; state budget and portfolio; plan and development). The scientific novelty of the study is the development of the concept of socio-economic development of the Côte d'Ivoire country based on the use of a system of balanced indicators, the cascading method.Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. The prospects and directions of further research are substantiated.
