Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание медицинского центра с возможностью перепрофилирования в условиях горной местности».В данной работе рассмотрены вопросы перепрофилирования медицинской организации в связи с заболеваниями, вызванными микроорганизмами I - II групп патогенности, для здания амбулатории, размещаемого в горной местности (село Верхние Мулебки Республики Дагестан).В ходе выполнения работы были решены следующие задачи:Обоснование и выбор метода строительства;Обоснование и выбор места строительства;Определение требуемой мощности, площади амбулатории, а также конструктивного и объемно-планировочного решений;Обзор и анализ нормативно-правовой базы по перепрофилированию медицинских организаций;Разработана планировка медицинской организации, подходящая для перепрофилирования амбулатории в инфекционное отделение;Обоснование и выбор ограждающих конструкции здания.Настоящая работа выполнена в соответствии с нормативными документами.

The subject of the final qualification work: "The building of the medical center with the possibility of repurposing in mountainous terrain".          The research paper considers the issues of repurposing of the medical organization due to diseases caused by microorganisms of pathogenicity groups I - II for     the outpatient department located in mountainous terrain (Dagestan Republic, Verkhniye Mulebki village).In the course of the work there are tasks to be solved:Justification and choice of construction method;Justification and choice of construction site;Determination of the required capacity, the area of the outpatient clinic and constructive and space-planning decisions;Review and analysis of the regulatory framework for the repurposing of medical organizations;Development of the layout of the medical organization suitable for the repurposing of the outpatient department into the department of infectious disease;Justification and choice of enclosing structures of the building.The final work was carried out in accordance with the requirements of  building by-laws.
