Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка проекта внедрения корпоративного портала на примере АО «ЕИРЦ Петроэлектросбыт»».Целью работы являласьразработка проекта внедрения корпоративного портала и оценка его экономической эффективности.Задачи работы:-       анализ деятельности исследуемого объекта, построение модели AS IS;-       выявление узких мест, построение модели TO BE;-       сравнительный анализ систем и выбор наиболее подходящей;-       оценка экономической эффективности и оценка рисков проекта;Работа выполнена на базе материалов о деятельности сбытовой организации АО «ЕИРЦ Петроэлектросбыт».Методы: сравнительный анализ, мультикритериальный взвешенный выбор, моделирование бизнес-процессов, методы управления проектами, методы оценки эффективности проектов.Основные результаты работы:-       проведен анализ деятельности компании, разработаны модели архитектуры предприятия AS IS и TO BE;-       проведен сравнительный анализ, предложен проект по внедрению выбранной ИС;-       обоснована экономическая целесообразность проекта;-       сформирована модель проектной команды, требования к системе и разработан календарный план.Практической значимостью работы является то, что объекту исследования предложен данный проект для цифровой трансформации.Выводы. Внедрение ИТ-решений позволяет обеспечить гибкость и прозрачность ведения бизнеса в компании. Корпоративный портал позволит повысить эффективность труда сотрудников, автоматизировать процессы в компании и сократить бумажный документооборот.Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: «Development of a project for the implementation of a corporate portal by example of JSC «UICS Petroelectrosbyt»».The purpose of the work is development of a project for the implementation of a corporate portal and evaluation of its economic efficiency.Tasks of work:-       analysis of the activity of the object under study, construction of the AS IS model;-       identifying bottlenecks, building a TO BE model;-       comparative analysis of systems and selection of the most suitable;-       assessment of economic efficiency and risk assessment of the project;Work is performed on the basis of materials on the activities of the sales organization of JSC " UICS Petroelectrosbyt".Methods: comparative analysis, modeling, multicriteria weighted choice, business process modeling, project management methods, methods for evaluating projects effectiveness.The main results of the work: -       the analysis of the company's activity is performed, the models of the enterprise architecture AS IS and TO BE are developed;-       a comparative analysis is performed, a project for the implementation of the selected IS is proposed;-       the economic feasibility of the project is substantiated;-       a project team model, system requirements are formed and a calendar plan is developed.The practical significance of the work is that the object of research is offered this project for digital transformation.Conclusions. The implementation of IT solutions allows for flexibility and transparency of doing business in the company. The corporate portal will improve the efficiency of employees, automate processes in the company and reduce paper document flow.The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
