Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка проекта внедрения ECM-системы в металлургическую компанию».Целью работы является создание плана внедрения ECM-системы на компании, занимающейся металлами.Задачи работы: -      анализ деятельности компании и выявление проблем, требующих внедрения;-      формулирование требований к ИС и проблем, требующих внедрения;-      описание бизнес-процессов компании;-      анализ рынка и выбор ИС;-      выбор системы;-      определение сроков и стоимости операций;-      разработка плана внедрения системы;-      оценка экономической эффективности.Работа выполнена на базе компании ООО «Айрон-Ресурс».Методы: SWOT-анализ, сравнительный анализ, создание моделей AS IS, TO BE, оценка эффективности, сбор и анализ информации, моделирование бизнес-процессов.Основные результаты работы: -      проведен анализ деятельности компании, всех бизнес-процессов;-      сформированы требования к ИС, проблемы, требующие внедрения;-      проведен анализ рынка и сделан выбор ИС;-      определены сроки и стоимости операций;-      разработан план внедрения системы;-      проведена оценка экономической эффективности.Практическая значимость работы определяется в возможности реализации данного проекта по внедрению ECM-системы на металлургическом предприятии.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Development of a project for the implementation of an ECM system in a metallurgical company».The purpose of the work is to create an ECM implementation plan for a metals company.Tasks of work: (work tasks are listed)-      analysis of the company's activities and identification of problems requiring implementation;-      formulation of requirements for IS and problems requiring implementation;-      description of the company's business processes;-      market analysis and choice of IP;-      choice of system;-      determination of terms and cost of operations;-      development of a system implementation plan;-      evaluation of economic efficiency.Work is performed on the basis of LLC «Airon-Resource".Methods: SWOT-analysis, comparative analysis, creation of AS IS, TO BE models, performance evaluation, collection and analysis of information, business process modeling.The main results of the work: -      analysis of the company's activities, all business processes;-      requirements for IS, problems requiring implementation;-      market analysis was carried out and the choice of IP was made;-      terms and costs of operations are determined;-      a plan for the implementation of the system has been developed;-      an assessment of economic efficiency was carried out.The practical significance of the work is determined in the possibility of implementing this project for the implementation of an ECM system at a metallurgical enterprise.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
