Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Обеспечение конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия. Данная работа посвящена мерам по повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи:1. Изучение основных методов для анализа конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия.2. Подробная характеристика и анализ экономической деятельности предприятия и его организационной структуры.3. Применение основных методов анализа конкурентоспособности и выявление слабых сторон предприятия.4. Разработка способов повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия , варианты их внедрения.5. Оценка эффективности разработанных процессов.Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью ООО «Tasty Coffee». В ходе работы были рассмотрены торговые процессы торгового предприятия и их состав, сравнение с существующими конкурентами, требования законодательства в сфере розничной торговли.Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Tasty Coffee». торговых и маркетинговых процессов на основе новейших цифровых решений, которые были предложены к внедрению с целью повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия: привлечение его целевой аудитории и создания конкурентных преимуществ.

The topic of the final qualifying work: Ensuring the competitiveness of a trading enterprise. This work is devoted to measures to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved:1. Study of the main methods for analyzing the competitiveness of a trading enterprise.2. Detailed characteristics and analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise and its organizational structure.3. Application of basic methods of competitiveness analysis and identification of weaknesses of the enterprise.4. Development of ways to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, options for their implementation.5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed processes.The work was carried out in a limited liability Company LLC "Tasty Coffee". In the course of the work, the trading processes of a trading enterprise and their composition, comparison with existing competitors, and the requirements of legislation in the field of retail trade were considered.The result of the work was a development for Tasty Coffee LLC. trading and marketing processes based on the latest digital solutions that have been proposed for implementation in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise: attracting its target audience and creating competitive advantages.
