Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: Внедрение информационной системы «ЭЛАР контекст» на предприятии АО «НПО «Импульс»Цель работы – совершенствование бизнес-процессов, связанных с разработкой технической документации, посредством внедрения ECM-системы на предприятие АО «НПО «Импульс»Задачи работы:- изучение бизнес-процесса разработки технической документации;- выявление узких места встречающихся при разработки технической документации;- анализ рынка информационных систем;- разработка проекта внедрения информационной системы;- выявление возможных рисков и реакции на них;- оценка эффективности проекта внедрения информационной системы.Работа выполнена на материалах предприятия АО «НПО «Импульс».Методы: сбор и обработка данных, моделирование бизнес-процессов, сравнительный анализ, оценка эффективности проекта.Основные результаты работы:- изучен бизнес-процесс и выявлены слабые места разработки технической документации;- рассмотрены варианты ECM-система и выбрана наиболее подходящая;- разработан проект внедрения информационной система;- выявлены риски и реакция на них;- проведена оценка эффективности проекта.Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами проведенной оценки эффективности: внедрение ECM-системы обеспечивает доступ к информации, сохранность документов, контроль изменений, обмен информацией и согласование, что сокращает временные затраты на работу с документацией.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Theme of the bachelor's final qualification work: Implementation of the information system "ELAR context" at the enterprise JSC "NPO "Impulse"The purpose of the work is to improve business processes related to the development of technical documentation through the implementation of an ECM system at the enterprise NPO Impuls JSCWork tasks:- study of the business process of developing technical documentation;- identification of bottlenecks encountered in the development of technical documentation;- analysis of the information systems market;- development of an information system implementation project;- identifying possible risks and responding to them;- evaluation of the effectiveness of the information system implementation project.The work was done on the materials of the enterprise JSC "NPO "Impulse"Methods: data collection and processing, business process modeling, comparative analysis, project efficiency assessment.The main results of the work:- studied the business process and identified weaknesses in the development of technical documentation;- options for the ECM system were considered and the most suitable one was selected;- a project for the implementation of the information system was developed;- identified risks and response to them;- evaluation of project efficiency was carried out.The practical significance of the work is due to the results of the performance assessment: the introduction of an ECM system provides access to information, the safety of documents, change control, information exchange and coordination, which reduces the time spent on working with documentation.Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
