Тема ВКР бакалавра: Разработка проекта технического переоснащения строительной компании (на примере ООО «Новомортехфлот»).Цель работы – разработка обоснованных рекомендаций по модернизации основных фондов действующей строительной компании.Работа выполнена на материалах ООО «Новомортехфлот».Использованные методы: применялся анализ хозяйственной деятельности, анализ конкурентоспособности, PEST-АНАЛИЗ, SWOT–анализ, метод сценариев, оценка эффективности.Результаты работы:- выполнен комплексный анализ хозяйственной деятельности компании;- изучены и систематизированы теория и практики проведения технического переоснащения компании;- составлен план мероприятий проведения технического переоснащения компании;- проведена оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий.Был проведен анализ финансово-экономической деятельности компании, на основании которой был определен уровень стабильности предприятия.Область применения результатов ВКР – компании, разрабатывающие и реализующие проекты технического переоснащения.Выводы. Полученные результаты анализа и разработка проекта модернизации позволила успех применения указанного в работе способа улучшения экономических показателей предприятия.

Thetitleofthebachelorgraduatequalificationwork: Development of a project for technical re-equipment of a construction company (using the example of Novomortechflot LLC).The purpose of the work is to increase the profitability of an existing enterprise.The work was carried out on the materials of Novomortechflot LLC.Methods used: competitiveness analysis, comparative analysis of competitors, SWOT analysis, analysis of the economic activity of the company, analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed measures.Results of the work:- a comprehensive analysis of the company's economic activity has been carried out;- - the theory and practice of technical re-equipment of the company have been studied and systematized;- a plan of measures for the technical re-equipment of the company has been drawn up;- an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures was carried out.The analysis of the financial and economic activity of the company was carried out, on the basis of which the level of stability of the enterprise was determined.The scope of application of the results of the WRC is the possibility of implementing the proposed measures in the entire sphere of providing services for specialized watercraft.Conclusions. The obtained results of the analysis and the development of the modernization project allowed the success of the application of the method indicated in the work to improve the economic performance of the enterprise.
