Тема ВКР магистра: «Цифровая трансформация бизнес-процесса планирования на промышленном предприятии». Цель исследования - совершенствование бизнес-процесса планирования промышленного предприятия АО «Силовые машины». Исследование выполнено на материалах учебных пособий и статей, затрагивающих различные аспекты исследуемой темы, информации сети Интернет.Предмет исследования: АО «Силовые Машины». Использованные методы: сравнительный анализ научной литературы, обобщение полученных результатов, моделирование бизнес-процессов, методы мозгового штурма, анализ причинно-следственных связей, сравнение результатов.Результаты исследования: − изучены теоретические основы цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов;− дана характеристика деятельности предприятия;− проведен анализ текущей и целевой модели процесса планирования;− разработаны предложения по автоматизации части операций бизнес-процесса;− проведён анализ эффективности предложенных мероприятий и рассчитан возможный материальный эффект.Область применения результатов ВКР – содержащиеся в работе предложения и экономически обоснованные рекомендации позволят улучшить финансовое состояние предприятия и усовершенствовать его систему планирования.Научной новизной исследования является возможность применения на практике предложенных мероприятий.Выводы. Поставленные задачи были выполнены, а цель ВКР достигнута.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: “Digital transformation of the business planning process in an industrial enterprise”.The aim of the study is improvement of the business process of planning an industrial enterprise of Power Machines.The study has been carried out on the materials of textbooks and articles covering various aspects of the topic under study, information from the Internet.Research subject: Power Machines.Research methods used: comparative analysis of scientific literature, generalization of the results obtained, modeling of business processes, brainstorming methods, analysis of cause-and-effect relationships, comparison of results.The main results of the study: − the theoretical foundations of digital transformation of business processes were studied;− the characteristics of the enterprise activity are given;− an analysis of the current and target model of the planning process was carried out;− proposals for automating part of the business process operations have been developed;− an analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed measures was carried out and a possible material effect was calculated.The areas of the study results application – the proposals contained in the work and economically sound recommendations will improve the financial condition of the enterprise and improve its planning system.The scientific novelty of the study shows the possibility of applying the proposed measures in practice.Conclusions of study. The tasks set were completed, and the goal of the final qualifying work was achieved.
