Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Исследование и совершенствование методов формирования команд управления проектами (на примере ООО «МСД Холдинг»)». Цель – исследование существующих методов формирования в проектные команды по управлению проектами, разработка плана мероприятий по совершенствованию данных методов для их применения в компании.Исследование выполнялось на базе организационно-экономического анализа ООО «МСД Холдинг» и основных применяемых методов формирования команд по управлению проектами.Предмет исследования: методы подбора персонала для формирования команд по управлению проектами.Методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, прогнозирование, метод оценки экономической эффективности проектов.Основные результаты исследования:-  проведен общий анализ деятельности компании ООО «МСД Холдинг»;-  проведен анализ трудовых ресурсов;-  исследован существующий метод формирования команд управления проектами для выявления его недостатков;-  разработаны рекомендации и мероприятия по совершенствованию метода формирования команд по управлению проектами;-  произведена оценка эффективности рекомендаций.Область применения результатов ВКР: использование результатов исследования в деятельности компании.Научной новизной исследования является: новый метод формирования команд по управлению проектами.Выводы. Цель ВКР достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master's final qualification work: "Research and improvement of methods for the formation of project management teams (on the example of MSD Holding LLC)".The purpose of the study is to study the existing methods for the formation of project teams for project management, to develop an action plan to improve these methods for their application in the company.The study was conducted on the materials of the organizational and economic analysis of LLC "MSD Holding" and the main methods of forming project management teams.Subject of research: methods for increasing the competitiveness of the products and enterprises in question.Research methods used: recruitment methods for the formation of project management teams.The main results of the study:- a general analysis of the activities of MSD Holding LLC was carried out;- analysis of labor resources;- the existing method of forming project management teams was studied in order to identify its shortcomings;- recommendations and measures were developed to improve the methodology for forming project management teams;- Evaluation of the effectiveness of recommendations.Areas of application of the research results - the use of research results in the company's activities.Scientific novelty of the study of a new method of forming project management teams.Research findings. The goal of the WRC has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.
