Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Повышение рентабельности освоения нефтяных залежей ачимовской толщи на Ямбургском НГКМ». Целью исследования является разработка и обоснование управленческих решений для повышения рентабельности промышленного освоения ачимовской толщи Ямбургского НГКМ. Исследование выполнялось на базе ПАО «Газпром нефть». Предмет исследования: рентабельность освоения нефтяных залежей ачимовской толщи на Ямбургском НГКМ. Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, методы организационного проектирования и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Основные результаты исследования: - проведен стратегический анализ управленческих решений ПАО «Газпромнефть» в рамках реализации проекта «Большая Ачимовка»; - разработаны организационно-управленческие решения, направленные на повышение рентабельности реализации проекта «Большая Ачимовка»; - обоснована экономическая и управленческая эффективность предложенных к внедрению организационных решений. Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы в деятельности нефтегазовых компаний. Научной новизной исследования является обоснована экономическая эффективность применения системы интеллектуального месторождения на Ямбургском НГКМ. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: "Increasing the profitability of the development of oil deposits of the Achimov strata at the Yamburgsky NGCM". The aim of the study is to develop and substantiate management decisions to increase the profitability of industrial development of the Achimov strata of the Yamburg NGCM. The study was carried out on the basis of the «Gazprom Neft» PJSC.Research subject: profitability of the development of oil deposits of the Achimov strata at the Yamburgsky NGKM. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods, in particular, methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - a strategic analysis of the management decisions of PJSC Gazpromneft was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Bolshaya Achimovka project; - organizational and management solutions have been developed aimed at increasing the profitability of the implementation of the Bolshaya Achimovka project; - the economic and managerial effectiveness of the organizational solutions proposed for implementation is substantiated. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of oil and gas companies. The scientific novelty of the study the economic efficiency of the application of the intelligent deposit system at the Yamburgsky NGCM is substantiated. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
