Целью работы являлись поиск решения и анализ эффектов внедрения CRM и  LMS систем в языковой онлайн-школе. Задачи работы: 1. Проведение анализа деятельности языковой школы. 2. Проведение анализа российского рынка образовательных онлайн-услуг. 3. Выявление проблем, требующих информационной поддержки. 4. Поиск и анализ существующих ИТ-решений. 5. Выбор внедряемых ИТ-решений. 6. Разработка проекта внедрения ИТ-решений. 7. Расчёт экономической эффективности проекта. 8. Анализ полученных результатов. Работа выполнена на базе языковой школы ООО «Скандинавика». Методы: сбор информации, сравнительный анализ системы с конкурентами-аналогами, выявление их слабых и сильных сторон, построение архитектуры бизнес-процессов, многокритериальных взвешенный выбор, методы оценки эффективности проектов, последующий анализ результатов. Основные результаты работы: 1. Проведен анализ деятельности компании на момент исследования. 2. Проведен анализ российского рынка образовательных онлайн-услуг. 3. Выявлены проблемы, требующие информационной поддержки. 4. Сформированы требования к внедряемым информационным решениям. 5. Проведен анализ российского рынка CRM и LMS систем. 6. Сделан выбор наиболее подходящих информационных решений. 7. Разработан проект внедрения. 8. Разработан календарный план проекта. 9. Проведен анализ рисков. 10. Произведен расчёт затрат на внедрение. 11. Произведен расчёт экономической эффективности внедрения. 12. Проведен анализ полученных результатов. Практическая значимость работы заключена в возможности использования результатов работы коммерческими образовательными центрами, переходящими из офлайн-формата в онлайн-формат, для оптимизации бизнес-процессов и улучшения финансовых показателей. Выводы: Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work was a solution searching and an analysis of the effects of implementation of CRM and LMS systems in the online language school. Tasks of the work: 1. Conducting an analysis of the activities of the language school. 2. Analysis of the russian market of educational online services. 3. Identification of problems requiring information support. 4. Search and analysis of existing IT solutions. 5. Choice of implemented IT solutions. 6. Development of a project for the implementation of IT solutions. 7. Calculation of the economic efficiency of the project. 8. Analysis of the obtained results. The work was carried out on the basis of the language school "Scandinavika". Methods: information and data collection, comparative analysis of the system with analogue competitors, identification of their strengths and weaknesses, business process architecture drawing, multi-criteria weighted choice, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects, subsequent analysis of the results. Main results of the work: 1. An analysis of the companys activities at the time of the study was carried out. 2. An analysis of the russian market of educational online services was carried out. 3. Identified problems that require information support. 4. Requirements for implemented information solutions have been formed. 5. An analysis of the russian market of CRM and LMS systems was carried out. 6. The choice of the most appropriate information solutions has been made. 7. An implementation project has been developed. 8. A project schedule has been developed. 9. Risk analysis carried out. 10. Calculation of implementation costs has been made. 11. The calculation of the economic efficiency of implementation was made. 12. The analysis of the received results is carried out. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results of the work by commercial educational centers moving from offline to online format to optimize business processes and improve financial performance. Conclusions: The tasks of the GQP have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
