Цель работы заключается в совершенствовании процесса управления проектами в компании с помощью применения инструментария Confluence. Были решены следующие задачи:  Исследование теоретических основ управления проектами и задачами.  Анализ существующих процессов в компании ООО «Газпромнефть ИТО» и выявление возможной области улучшения.  Определение наиболее подходящего инструмента для компании  Разработка плана проекта и рекомендаций по оптимизации процесса управления проектами и задачами с использованием платформы Confluence.  Анализ результатов применимости и эффективности использования Confluence для управления проектами и задачами в компании. Актуальность темы заключается в формировании анализа работы компании и совершенствовании процесса управления проектами. Были разработаны рекомендации, включающие шаблоны создания страниц проектов и задач, и интеграция с другими инструментами. Рекомендации по использованию платформы могут быть применены для оптимизации процессов управления проектами и задачами в других компаниях. Методы проведения работы включают сбор и анализ данных о существующих методах управления проектами и задачами, изучение функционала Confluence и его возможностей для оптимизации рабочих процессов, моделирование процессов, построение моделей в нотации IDEF0, построение диаграммы Ганта, оценку результатов проекта. Работа проводилась на базе стажировки в компании. Выводы работы подтверждают, что Confluence является эффективным инструментом для поддержки управления проектами и задачами в компании. Задачи ВКР решены и цель достигнута.

The purpose of the work is to improve the project management process in the company using the Confluence tools. The following tasks were solved:  Study of the theoretical foundations of project and task management.  Analysis of existing processes in Gazpromneft ITO LLC and identification of possible areas for improvement.  Determination of the most suitable tool for the company  Development of a project plan and recommendations for optimizing the project and task management process using the Confluence platform.  Analysis of the results of the applicability and effectiveness of using Confluence for project and task management in the company. The relevance of the topic lies in the formation of an analysis of the companys work and the improvement of the project management process. Recommendations have been developed, including templates for creating project and task pages, and integration with other tools. Recommendations for using the platform can be applied to optimize project and task management processes in other companies. Methods for conducting work include collecting and analyzing data on existing methods for managing projects and tasks, studying Confluence functionality and its capabilities for optimizing workflows, modeling processes, building models in IDEF0 notation, building a Gantt chart, evaluating project results. The work was carried out on the basis of an internship in the company. The findings of the work confirm that Confluence is an effective tool for supporting project and task management in a company. The tasks of the work have been solved and the goal has been achieved.
