Обеспечение бесперебойной и надежной поставки тепловой энергии для стратегически важных промышленных предприятий – главная задача энергетики. Так как фанерный комбинат комплекс-потребитель теплоты, то целью дипломной работы является проектирование промышленно-отопительной ТЭЦ для ООО «Вятский фанерный комбинат». В данной работе будет производиться разработка генерального плана ТЭЦ, выбор основного и вспомогательного оборудования, разработка и расчет тепловой схемы и разработка систем обеспечения работы ТЭЦ. В графическую часть работы входят: продольный и поперечный разрез главного корпуса ТЭЦ, генеральный план ТЭЦ и тепловая схема ТЭЦ, принципиальная схема использования технологического пара. Строительство новой ТЭЦ позволит расширить номенклатуру выпускаемой продукции, увеличить объёмы производства и количество рабочих мест.

Ensuring uninterrupted and reliable supply of thermal energy for strategically important industrial enterprises is the main task of energy. Since the plywood mill complex is a consumer of heat, the purpose of the thesis is to design an industrial heating power plant for LLC Vyatka Plywood Mill. In this work, the development of the general plan of the CHP, the selection of the main and auxiliary equipment, the development and calculation of the thermal scheme and the development of systems to ensure the operation of the CHP will be carried out. The graphic part of the work includes: the longitudinal and transverse section of the main body of the CHP, the general plan of the CHP and the thermal scheme of the CHP, the schematic diagram of the use of the technologist.
