Целью работы явилось внедрение методологии Agile в проектную деятельность компании Ericsson. Задачи работы: – провести анализ хозяйственной деятельности компании Ericsson; – составить модель архитектуры компании Ericsson; – рассмотреть процесс внедрения Agile-метода в проект. Методы: компаративный анализ, синтез, теоретический анализ, обобщение научной литературы, анализ данных, анкетирование. Основные результаты работы: проведено исследование процесса управления проектами в компании Ericsson и рассмотрена возможность внедрение Agile-метода в проект. Практическая значимость работы определяется тем, что результаты данной работы могут быть использованы при выработке подходов к внедрению методологии Agile в проектную деятельность компаний. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены в полном объеме, цель работы достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the work was to introduce the Agile methodology into the project activities of Ericsson. Work tasks: – analyze the economic activities of Ericsson; – create a model of Ericsson architecture; – consider the process of introducing the Agile method into the project. Methods: comparative analysis, synthesis, theoretical analysis, generalization of scientific literature, data analysis, questioning. The main results of the work: a study of the project management process at Ericsson was carried out and the possibility of introducing the Agile method into the project was considered. The practical significance of the work is determined by the fact that the results of this work can be used in developing approaches to the implementation of the Agile methodology in the project activities of companies. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been fully resolved, the goal of the work has been achieved, and the scope of the results has been determined.
