В данной работе я провел подробнейший  анализ текущей системы охраной труда в реанимационном отделении, далее предложены мероприятия по организации СОУТ на основе российских и международных стандартов ИСО-45001. Серия нормативных документов для оценки организации работ по охране труда»; Приказ Минтруда России от 19.08.2016 № 438н «Об утверждении типового положения о системе управления охраной труда». Данные рекомендации приняты во внимание руководством ООО «ГБУЗ №4» и учтены при организации СУОТ на производстве. 1.Проанализировать существующую систему охраны труда в отделении реанимации. 2.Разработка основных направлений совершенствования системы охраны труда специалистов реанимационного отделения. 3.Описание системы охраны труда реанимационного отделения учитывающей разработанные совершенствования. На основании проведенного анализа системы труда специалистов реанимационного отделения был разработаны изменения в существующую систему охраны труда и совершенствование процесса специальной оценки условий труда. Для достижения результатов в работе были использованы следующие информационные технологии, в том числе справочно-правовая система «Гарант», компьютерная справочная правовая система в России «Официальный интернет-портал правовой информации», облачные сервисы Google Drive, Российская научная электронная библиотека, интегрированная с Российским индексом научного цитирования  Elibrary.

In this paper, a detailed analysis of the existing occupational health and safety system in the intensive care unit was carried out, then measures were proposed for the organization of a management system based on Russian and international standards OHSAS 18001:2007 "Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series. Specification / A series of regulatory documents for assessing the organization of work on labor protection"; Order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation dated 08/19/2016 No. 438n "On approval of the model regulations on the occupational safety management system". These recommendations were taken into account by the management of GBUZ No. 4 LLC and taken into account when organizing the QMS in production. 1. Analyze the existing occupational safety system in the intensive care unit. 2. Development of the main directions for improving the occupational safety system of specialists of the intensive care unit. 3. Implementation of the developed changes to the existing occupational safety system of the intensive care unit. 4. Description of the occupational safety system of the intensive care unit taking into account the developed improvements. Based on the analysis of the labor system of specialists of the intensive care unit, changes to the existing labor protection system and improvement of the process of special assessment of working conditions were developed. To achieve the results, the following information technologies were used in the work, including the legal reference system "Garant", the computer legal reference system in Russia "Official Internet Portal of Legal Information", Google Drive cloud services, the Russian Scientific electronic Library integrated with the Russian Scientific Citation Index Elibrary.
