Данная работа посвящена анализу социально-психологических методов на предприятии (на примере ресторана «Мостъ») и разработка рекомендаций по предприятию по выявленным проблемам. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение социально-психологических методов управления персоналом 2. Анализ конкурентов 3. Подробный анализ предприятия АО «Никольские ряды» 4. Разработка учебных программ для персонала, составление сметы затрат на реализацию предложенных мероприятий 5. Расчёты экономических показателей предприятия Работа выполнялась в АО «Никольские ряды». В ходе работы были рассмотрены социально-психологические методы управления персоналом ресторана «Мостъ», был произведен анализ конкурентов, анализ по экономическим показателям предприятия. При сборе данных были использованы поисковые системы Google и Yandex. Полученные исходные данные и результаты расчетов обрабатывались с использованием программного обеспечения MS Office. Результатом работы стала разработка для ресторана «Мостъ» учебных программ для предприятия и составлена смета затрат и были даны рекомендации по устранению выявленных проблем предприятия.

This work is devoted to the analysis of socio-psychological methods at the enterprise (on the example of the restaurant "Most") and the development of recommendations for the enterprise on the identified problems. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of socio-psychological methods of personnel management 2. Competitor analysis 3. Detailed analysis of the enterprise of JSC "Nikolsky Rows" 4. Development of training programs for personnel, preparation of cost estimates for the implementation of the proposed activities 5. Calculations of economic indicators of the enterprise The work was carried out in JSC "Nikolsky Rows". In the course of the work, the socio-psychological methods of personnel management of the restaurant "Most" were considered, an analysis of competitors, an analysis of the economic indicators of the enterprise was carried out. Google and Yandex search engines were used to collect the data. The obtained initial data and calculation results were processed using MS Office software. The result of the work was the development of training programs for the Most restaurant for the enterprise and cost estimates were compiled and recommendations were given to eliminate the identified problems of the enterprise.
