Целью работы является разработка плана мероприятий по внедрению информационной системы на основе BIM-технологий в проектной организации ООО «ИнМар-Сервис». Задачи работы: - проведение анализа действующей организации, выявление проблемы, требующей решений, обоснование необходимости внедрения новой информационной системы; - проведение анализа рынка информационных систем на основе BIM-технологий, определение ограничений и требований к информационным системам на основе BIM-технологий, обоснование выбора информационной системы на основе BIM-технологий, соответствующего требованиям организации; - разработка плана мероприятий по внедрению проекта в ООО «ИнМар-Сервис»; - расчет экономического эффекта проекта. Работа выполнялась на базе проектной организации ООО «ИнМар-Сервис». Методы исследования: сравнительный анализ данных, изучение теоретического и практического материала по теме работы, методы сравнения, классификации, прогнозирования. Основные результаты работы: разработка плана мероприятий по внедрению проекта, расчет экономического эффекта проекта. Практическая значимость проекта определяется повышением конкурентоспособности организаций на рынке услуг, повышения качества и эффективности выполняемых работ в соответствии с новыми требованиями законодательной базы. Выводы: при внедрении в проектной организации информационной системы на основе BIM-технологий прогнозируется увеличение прибыли на 30%.

«Development of a plan for the implementation of an information system based on BIM technologies in the design and construction industry.» The purpose of the study is to develop an action plan for the implementation of an information system based on BIM technologies in the design organization InMar-Service LLC. Work tasks: - analysis of the current organization, identification of a problem requiring solutions, justification of the need to introduce a new information system; - conducting an analysis of the information systems market based on BIM technologies, determining the limitations and requirements for information systems based on BIM technologies, justifying the choice of an information system based on BIM technologies that meets the requirements of the organization; - development of an action plan for the implementation of the project in InMar-Service LLC; - calculation of the economic effect of the project. The research was carried out on the basis of the design organization InMar-Service LLC. Research methods: comparative analysis of data, study of theoretical and practical material on the topic of work, methods of comparison, classification, forecasting. The main results of the study: development of an action plan for the implementation of the project, calculation of the economic effect of the project. The practical significance of the project is determined by increasing the competitiveness of organizations in the service market, improving the quality and efficiency of the work performed in accordance with the new requirements of the legislative framework. Conclusions: when implementing an information system based on BIM technologies in a design organization, a profit increase of 30% is predicted.
