Целью работы является формирование и обоснование проекта внедрения ERP-системы в ресторан. Актуальность работы обусловлена потребностью предприятия соответствовать современным трендам в ресторанном бизнесе, а также решить проблему передачи заказов и потери информации о них. Были решены следующие задачи: - анализ деятельности и инфраструктуры ресторана «Osteria Mario»; - изучение рынка информационных систем; - разработка плана внедрения системы; - оценка эффективности проекта и его рисков. Практическая значимость обусловлена результатами автоматизации процессов компании: снижается количество потерянной информации о заказах, улучшается аналитика закупок, сокращаются расходы на закупки и утилизацию сырья, сокращается время на передачу заказов на кухню, сокращается время на передачу информации о заказах. Методы: сбор и анализ информации, мотивационное расширение, многокритериальный анализ, построение моделей «AS-IS» и «TO-BE», оценка экономической эффективности. Результаты работы: - описана деятельность компании, построена модель AS-IS, обоснована необходимость внедрения информационной системы; -рассмотрены варианты систем и выбрано оптимальное решение; - разработан план проекта внедрения системы - проведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта. Выводы.  Задачи  ВКР  решены,  цель  достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work: development and justification of a project for the implementation of an ERP - system for a restaurant. Relevance of the work is based on the need of the restaurant to fit modern trends of restaurant business as well as solve the problem of order transfers information and decrease the number of lost order information. Tasks of the work: - analysis of the infrastructure and activities of a restaurant «Osteria Mario»; - study and analysis of the information system market; - development of a system implementation plan; - he assessment of the effectiveness of the project and it’s risks. The practical significance of the work is based on the results of the automation of the companys processes: decrease in the number of lost order information, improved purchasing analytics, reduced raw material procurement and disposal costs, reduced time to transfer orders to the kitchen, reduced time to transfer order information. Methods: Collection  and  analysis  of  information,  motivation extension, multi-criteria analysis,  «AS-IS» and «TO-BE» models, evaluation of economic efficiency. Results of the work: - the company has been described, "as is" model was built which justified the need to implement an information system; - the options of systems were considered and the optimal solution was chosen; - the project plan for the implementation of the system was developed; - the assessment of the effectiveness of the project was carried out. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
