Целью работы являлось обоснование внедрения программно-аппаратного комплекса на основе МРМП в компании для автоматизации и оптимизации логистических процессов, подбор ПАК и обоснование выбора самого эффективного из них для реализации в организации. Задачи работы: 1. Исследование торговой отрасли, анализ тенденций на рынке розничной торговли. 2. Выявление проблем компании, связанных с логистическими процессами, проведение финансового анализа состояния компании на момент исследования. 3. Формирование вероятного варианта решения, подбор оптимального комплекса. 4. Проведение анализа рисков выбранных вариантов и обоснование выбора самого эффективного из них для реализации. Работа выполнена на базе крупнейшей в России компании занимающейся розничной продажей спорттоваров ООО «Спортмастер». Методы: сбор и анализ данных, диаграмма Ганта, моделирование процессов, сбор требований, моделирование вариантов, анализ рисков, оценка эффективности ПАК. Основные результаты работы: - Проведен финансовый анализ состояния компании на момент исследования; - Смоделирован один из основных процессов компании в состояниях «AS IS» и «TO BE», смоделирована архитектура и ландшафт интерфейсов при реализации одного из предложенных вариантов; - Проведены анализ рисков и оценка эффективности проектов. Практическая значимость работы определяется потенциальными результатами реализации внедрения на основе полученных данных. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work was to justify the introduction of a software and hardware complex based on MRMP in the company for automation and optimization of logistics processes, the selection of packages and justification for choosing the most effective of them for implementation in organizations. Tasks of the work: 1. Research of the trade industry, analysis of trends in the retail market. 2. Identification of the companys problems related to logistics processes, conducting a financial analysis of the companys condition at the time of the study. 3. Formation of a probable solution option, selection of the optimal complex. 4. Analysis of the implementation results. 5. Conducting a risk analysis of the selected options and justifying the choice of the most effective one for implementation. The work was performed on the based of the largest Russian company engaged in the retail sale of sporting goods LLC "Sportmaster". Methods: data collection and analysis, Gantt chart, process modeling, requirements collection, options modeling, risk analysis, PAC efficiency assessment. Main results of the work: - a financial analysis of the companys condition at the time of the study was carried out; - one of the main processes of the company is modeled in the "AS IS" and "TO BE" states, the architecture and landscape of interfaces are modeled when implementing one of the proposed options; - risk analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of projects were carried out. The practical significance of the work is determined by the potential results of the implementation of the selected project in the company based on the data obtained. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
