Целью работы является совершенствование процесса работы отдела тестирования в компании, разрабатывающей мобильные игры. Были решены следующие задачи: - Исследование рынка систем управления тестированием. - Выявление проблем в работе отдела тестирования компании. - Анализ влияния внедрения системы управления тестированием на основополагающие процессы работы отдела и компании. - Планирование этапов, формирование команды и выявление рисков проекта. - Анализ результатов внедрения системы управления тестированием. Актуальность темы работы заключается в формировании анализа процесса работы отдела тестирования и совершенствование ключевых уязвимых мест, в целях оптимизации процессов. Работа выполнена на базе компании «Naxeex LLC». Основные результаты работы: – смоделированы модели основных процессов в виде «AS IS» и «TO BE», а также модель мотивационного расширения; – сформированы требования к внедряемой системе; – разработан план и команда проекта, проведен анализ рисков; – осуществлена оценка эффективности проекта внедрения. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, эффективный проект внедрения разработан.

The purpose of the work is to improve the work process of the testing department in a company developing mobile games. The following objectives were achieved: - Market research of test management systems. - Identification of problems in the work of the companys testing department. - Analysis of the impact of the introduction of a test management system on the fundamental processes of the department and the company. - Planning stages, team building and identifying project risks. - Analysis of the results of the implementation of the test management system. The relevance of the topic stems from the fact that formation of an analysis of the work process of the testing department and the improvement of key vulnerabilities in order to optimize processes. The work was performed on the basis of Naxeex LLC. The main results of the work: - models of the main processes in the form of "AS IS" and "TO BE", as well as a model of motivational expansion are modeled "; - requirements for the implemented system are formed; - a plan and a project team were developed, a risk analysis was carried out; - an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation project was carried out. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, an effective implementation project has been developed.
