Данная работа посвящена изучению структуры системы управления охраной труда, основных нормативно-правовых актов в данной сфере, и разработке положения, регулирующего ее функционирование и внесение корректирующих мер, на основании изученных документов. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ нормативно-правой базы, регулирующий безопасность труда управления охраны труда. 2. Поэлементная разработка положения о системе управления охраной труда, с обоснованием составляющих. 3. Предложение критериев оценки эффективности процессов охраны труда. 4. Экономическое обоснование эффективности предложенных критериев. В данной работе были проанализированы нормативные требования к системе управления охраной труда в организации. На основании полученных результатов разработана структура локального акта, регулирующего функционирование рассматриваемой системы управления охраной труда на предприятии и внесение корректирующих мероприятий в неё. Также, были предложены критерии оценки эффективности основных процессов системы, и обоснована экономическая выгода их внедрения. В результате исследования предложена рациональная структура положения о системе управления охраной труда в обществе разработанная на основе анализа нормативно-правовой документов по безопасности труда, включающая в себя критерии оценки эффективности процессов специальной оценки условий труда и проведения медицинских осмотров сотрудников.

This work is focused on the study of the structure of the labor protection management system, the main regulatory legal acts in this area, and the development of a regulation governing its functioning and the introduction of corrective measures, based on the studied documents. Objectives of this research are: 1. Analysis of the regulatory framework governing labor safety of the labor protection department. 2. Step by step development of a provision on the labor protection management system, with justification of the components. 3. Proposal of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of labor protection processes. 4. Economic justification for the effectiveness of the proposed criteria. In this work, the regulatory requirements for the labor protection management system in the organization were analyzed. Based on the results obtained, the structure of a local act was developed that regulates the functionality of the considered labor protection management system at the enterprise and the introduction of corrective measures into it. Also, criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the main processes of the system were proposed, and the economic benefits of their implementation were demonstrated. As a result of the study, a balanced structure of the regulation on the labor protection management system in society was proposed based on the analysis of legal documents on labor safety, which includes criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the processes of special assessment of working conditions and medical examinations of employees.
