Данная работа посвящена исследованию уровня устойчивого развития металлургического сектора, а также рассмотрению национальных концепций ESG компаний металлургии России. В рамках исследования были установлены следующие задачи: 1. Описать теоретические аспекты понятия «ESG», исследовать основы концепции устойчивого развития. 2. Выделить цели устойчивого развития в концепции устойчивого развития ESG. 3. Идентифицировать различные уровни реализации концепции устойчивого развития. 4. Проанализировать понятие «Металлургическая отрасль». 5. Изучить зарубежные источники, касающиеся устойчивого развития сектора металлургии. 6. Описать методологию нечетко-множественного подхода. 7. Выделить национальные концепции устойчивого развития компаний металлургии. Исследование проведено при использовании нечетко-множественного метода для 10 крупнейших компаний отрасли. Были проанализированы три составляющие ESG-концепции: экологическая, социальная и корпоративного управления, составлен рейтинг компаний по уровню устойчивого развития. Особое внимание было уделено национальным концепциям устойчивого развития, были изучены годовые отчеты, посвященные устойчивому развитию компаний металлургической отрасли. Результатом исследования является сформированный автором рейтинг компаний по уровню устойчивого развития, формирование рекомендаций для групп компаний, которые удалось выделить при использовании нечетко-множественного метода, особое внимание было уделено экологической составляющей. Даны рекомендации по улучшению экологической повестки компании отрасли. Ренкинг компаний проводился с помощью пакета MS Office (Word, Excel).

This work is devoted to the study of the level of sustainable development of the metallurgical sector, as well as to the consideration of the national concepts of ESG of Russian metallurgy companies. The following tasks were set as part of the study: 1. Describe the theoretical aspects of the «ESG» concept, explore the foundations of the concept of sustainable development. 2. Highlight sustainable development goals in the ESG concept of sustainable development. 3. Identify different levels of implementation of the concept of sustainable development. 4. Analyze the concept of «Metallurgical industry». 5. Study foreign sources regarding the sustainable development of the metallurgy sector. 6. Describe the methodology of the fuzzy set approach. 7. Highlight national concepts of sustainable development of metallurgy companies. The study was conducted using the fuzzy set method for the 10 largest companies in the industry. Three components of the ESG concept were analyzed: environmental, social and corporate governance, and a rating of companies was compiled according to the level of sustainable development. Particular attention was paid to national concepts of sustainable development, annual reports on the sustainable development of companies in the metallurgical industry were studied. The result of the study is the ranking of companies by the level of sustainable development formed by the author, the formation of recommendations for groups of companies that were identified using the fuzzy set method, special attention was paid to the environmental component. Recommendations are given to improve the environmental agenda of the company in the industry. The ranking of Russian companies in the metallurgical industry is carried out using the MS Office package (Word, Excel).
