Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка и применение критериев и показателей идентификации в экспертизе качества детских игрушек». Объекты исследования ‒ детские игрушки. Цель работы ‒ разработка критериев и показателей идентификации в экспертизе детских игрушек и рекомендаций по совершенствованию их ассортимента и идентификации, повышению их качества и безопасности. Были решены следующие задачи: ‒ проанализировать научно–теоретические подходы к формированию потребительских свойств и разработке системы прослеживаемости, в том числе: современное состояние рынка детских игрушек, их ассортимент и потребительские предпочтения на рынке; ‒ проанализировать научную и нормативно–техническую литературу по теме формирования критериев и показателей идентификации в экспертизе качества детских игрушек; ‒ разработать номенклатуру показателей качества детских игрушек; ‒ разработать критерии и показатели идентификации детских игрушек; ‒ исследовать качество и безопасность образцов детских игрушек; ‒ разработать предложения по совершенствованию ассортимента детских игрушек и повышению их качества; ‒ разработать метод прослеживаемости и формирования QR–кода при маркировке детских игрушек. Исследования проводились на базе лаборатории товароведения и экспертизы потребительских товаров ВШСТ ИМПЭиТ СПбПУ. В работе использованы органолептические и инструментальные методы оценки качества товаров. Обработка экспериментальных данных проводилась с помощью программного обеспечения (пакета анализа данных) MS Excel. В работе использованы статистические базы данных Росстата, дерево ТНВЭД ЕАЭС, СВБД «Консультант Плюс». В результате исследования на основе анализа нормативно–технической и научно–исследовательской литературы разработана номенклатура показателей качества детских игрушек, критерии и показатели идентификации детских игрушек, определены показатели качества и безопасности образцов детских игрушек. Разработанные предложения по совершенствованию ассортимента и идентификации детских игрушек, повышению их качества основаны на проведении исследований качества и безопасности образцов детских игрушек, анализа их ассортимента и потребительских предпочтений на рынке.

The theme of the final qualification work: "Development and application of criteria and indicators of identification in the examination of the quality of childrens toys." The following tasks were solved: – analyze scientific and theoretical approaches to the formation of consumer properties and the development of a traceability system, including: the current state of the market for childrens toys, their assortment and consumer preferences in the market; – to analyze the scientific and regulatory and technical literature on the topic of the formation of criteria and indicators of identification in the examination of the quality of childrens toys; – to develop a nomenclature of quality indicators for childrens toys; – develop criteria and indicators for identifying childrens toys; – examine the quality and safety of samples of childrens toys; – develop proposals for improving the range of childrens toys and improving their quality; ‒ to develop a method for traceability and the formation of a QR code when marking childrens toys. The research was carried out on the basis of the Laboratory of Commodity Research and Expertise of Consumer Goods of the Higher School of Economics and Technology of the Institute of Economics and Technology of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. The work used organoleptic and instrumental methods for assessing the quality of goods. The processing of experimental data was carried out using the software (data analysis package) MS Excel. The work used the statistical databases of Rosstat, the TNVED tree of the EAEU, the SVBD "Consultant Plus". As a result of the study, based on the analysis of regulatory and technical and research literature, a nomenclature of quality indicators for childrens toys, criteria and indicators for identifying childrens toys were developed, and quality and safety indicators for samples of childrens toys were determined. The developed proposals for improving the range and identification of childrens toys, improving their quality are based on research on the quality and safety of samples of childrens toys, analysis of their assortment and consumer preferences in the market.
