Данная работа посвящена деятельности сети мини-отелей «Simple Seasons», влиянию внедренных инноваций на конкурентоспособность гостиничного предприятия. Основными задачами являлись следующие: - исследование проблем, возникающих при внедрении инноваций; - исследование особенностей деятельности гостиничного предприятия; - определение релевантных инновационных технологий для повышения конкурентоспособности; - оценка влияния внедрения инноваций на повышение конкурентоспособности. Выполненная работа была проведена на базе сети мини-отелей Simple Seasons, на которой были собраны многие необходимые материалы. Была изучена история развития предприятия в контексте процесса внедрения инновационных технологий и их влияния на конкурентоспособность. Производственная деятельность компании была изучена. При анализе эффективности и необходимости внедрения в работу сети мини-отелей инновационных решений был выявлен их эффект воздействия на работу предприятия, повышение его конкурентных преимуществ.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Improving the competitiveness of hotel enterprises based on the introduction of innovations on the example of a chain of mini-hotels "Simple Seasons". This work is devoted to the activities of the network of mini-hotels "Simple Seasons", the impact of implemented innovations on the competitiveness of the hotel enterprise. The main tasks were the following: - research of problems arising during the introduction of innovations; - research of the features of the hotel enterprise; - identification of relevant innovative technologies to increase competitiveness; - assessment of the impact of innovation on improving competitiveness. The completed work was carried out on the basis of the Simple Seasons mini-hotel chain, where many necessary materials were collected. The history of the companys development was studied in the context of the process of introducing innovative technologies and their impact on competitiveness. The companys production activities have been studied. When analyzing the effectiveness and the need to introduce innovative solutions into the operation of the mini-hotel chain, their effect on the operation of the enterprise, increasing its competitive advantages, was revealed.
