The aim of the thesis is to protect systems with changing topology from network attacks by dynamically restructuring the network configuration. The research object is a network with changing network topology. The research subject is the functioning model of the research object. The following tasks were addressed in the course of the research: 1. Study of network attacks and methods of protection against them in systems with changing network topology; 2. Analysis of the possibilities of dynamic restructuring in systems with changing network topology; 3. Development of a functioning model for systems with changing network topology based on dynamic graph theory; 4. Development of methods to protect systems with changing network topology from network attacks; 5. Development of a software prototype implementing the proposed methods; 6. Experimental evaluation of time metrics of the software layout. During the research, network attacks and functioning models of networks with changing topology were studied. As a result of the work, a model for ensuring secure functioning of networks with changing topology was developed. The effectiveness of the developed model was tested using a software prototype that implements the proposed modules.
