Цель исследования: разработка рекомендаций в области управления проектом внедрения системы контроля работы теплофикационных установок тепловых электростанций.  Исследование выполнялось на базе ПАО «ТГК-1». Предмет исследования: методы контроля работы теплофикационных установок тепловых электростанций. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: изучение и обобщение сведений, классифицирование; специфические методы исследования: методы управления проектами. При сборе данных необходимых для выполнения работы были использованы поисковые системы: eLIBRARY.RU, scopus.com, электронная библиотека СПбПУ. Основные результаты исследования: - изучены теоретические основы управления проектами на предприятии; - проанализированы системы управления проектами в ПАО «ТГК-1»; - выявлены требования к внедряемой системе контроля работы теплофикационных установок тепловых электростанций; -  разработаны рекомендаций по управлению проектом внедрения системы контроля теплофикационных установок тепловых электростанций. Область применения результатов ВКР: в деятельности компании-объекта. Научной новизной исследования является разработка новой логической схемы дорожной карты проекта внедрения системы контроля работы теплофикационных установок тепловых электростанций. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The purpose of the work: development of recommendations in the field of project management for the implementation of a control system for the operation of heating plants of thermal power plants. The study was carried out based on PAO "TGK-1". Subject of study: methods for monitoring the operation of heating plants of thermal power plants. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: study and generalization of information, classification; specific research methods: project management methods. When collecting the data necessary to complete the work, search engines were used: eLIBRARY.RU, scopus.com, SPbPU electronic library. The main results of the study: - studied the theoretical foundations of project management at the enterprise; - analyzed project management systems in PAO "TGK-1".; - requirements for the implemented control system for the operation of heating plants of thermal power plants were identified; - recommendations were developed for managing the project for the implementation of a control system for heating installations of thermal power plants. Scope of the work results: in the activities of the company-object. The scientific novelty of the research is the development of a new logical scheme for the roadmap of the project for the implementation of a control system for the operation of heating plants of thermal power plants. Conclusions. The tasks of the master’s dissertation have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty. Prospects and directions for further research are substantiated.
