Целью работы явилось разработка мероприятий, позволяющих усовершенствовать организационную структуру предприятия на примере ООО «Диета +». Работа выполнена на материалах ООО «Диета +». Использованные методы: анализ, синтез, классификация, дедукция, индукция, SWOT-анализ, PEST-анализ, модель 5 сил М.Портера, моделирование организационной структуры в программе Archimate modelling, методы оценки эффективности мероприятий. Результаты работы: - проанализированы теоретические аспекты построения организационной структуры, ее определение и классификация, а также принципы, методики и этапы построения организационной структуры; - проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, стратегический анализ, а также анализ организационной структуры предприятия; - выявлены недостатки исследуемой организационной структуры и разработаны мероприятия по совершенствованию организационной структуры предприятия, проведена оценка эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР – разработанные мероприятия по совершенствованию организационной структуры предприятия предназначены для внедрения компанией ООО «Диета +», однако их могут использовать и другие предприятия, занимающиеся дистрибуцией. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop measures to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise on the example of LLC "Diet +". The work has been carried out on the materials of LLC "Diet +". Research methods used: analysis, synthesis, classification, deduction, induction, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, M. Porters 5 forces model, modeling of organizational structure in the Archimate modeling program, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of measures. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the theoretical aspects of building an organizational structure, its definition and classification, as well as the principles, methods and stages of building an organizational structure are analyzed; - analysis of financial and economic activities, strategic analysis, as well as analysis of the organizational structure of the enterprise; - the shortcomings of the organizational structure under study have been identified and measures have been developed to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise, the effectiveness of the proposed measures has been evaluated. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – the measures developed to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise are intended for implementation by the company "Diet +", however, they can also be used by other enterprises engaged in distribution. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
