Работа состоит их введения, трех глав, заключения списка использованной литературы и приложений. Объект исследование – система экономической безопасности. Предмет работы – методика производства судебной экономической экспертизы по делам о финансовых пирамидах. Цель работы – развитие научно-теоретических и методических подходов к изучению финансовых пирамид и совершенствованию деятельности судебных экономических экспертов при проведении экспертизы по делам, связанным с финансовыми пирамидами. Теоретическое исследование проводилось посредством анализа литературы и нормативных источников. Прикладное исследование проводилось посредством производства исследования при помощи программного обеспечения MS Office(Excel), а также применения математической модели на практике при проведении экспертизы. В работе рассмотрено понятие “Финансовая пирамида”, сформулировано уточняющее определение, предложена классификация финансовых пирамид. Выявлено развитие финансовых пирамид и их влияние на экономическую безопасность. Предложено использование математической модели при проведении экспертизы и апробированы результаты проведенной судебной экономической экспертизы. Было рассмотрено нормативно-правовое регулирование данного преступления. Изучено его влияние на экономическую безопасность страны. Были уточнены элементы методики производства судебной экономической экспертизы по финансовым пирамидам. Уточнены объекты исследования, предмет судебной экономической экспертизы, метод проведения и общая схема. Предложенные рекомендации направлены на упрощение проведения судебной экономической экспертизы, улучшение качества проводимых экспертиз.

The subject of the work is the methodology of the production of forensic economic expertise in cases of financial pyramids. The purpose of the work is to develop scientific, theoretical, and methodological approaches to the study of financial pyramids and to improve the activities of forensic economic experts during the examination of cases related to financial pyramids. The theoretical study was carried out by analyzing the literature and regulatory sources. Applied research was carried out through the production of research using MS Office(Excel) software, as well as the application of a mathematical model in practice during the examination. The paper considers the concept of a “financial pyramid”, formulates a clarifying definition, and proposes a classification of financial pyramids. The development of financial pyramids and their impact on economic security are revealed. The use of a mathematical model during the examination is proposed and the results of the conducted forensic economic examination are tested. The regulatory and legal regulation of this crime was considered. Its influence on the economic security of the country has been studied. The elements of the methodology to produce forensic economic expertise on financial pyramids were clarified. The objects of the study, the subject of the forensic economic examination, the method of conducting and the general scheme have been clarified. The proposed recommendations are aimed at simplifying the conduct of forensic economic expertise, improving the quality of the examinations carried out.
