Целью работы является анализ и формирование рекомендаций по организации дополнительных услуг и их влияния на эффективность деятельности предприятия ООО «Городской супермаркет». Были решены следующие задачи: - рассмотрены понятия технологического процесса и дополнительных услуг на торговом предприятии; - изучены теоретические основы организации дополнительных услуг, а также методы оценки их эффективности на предприятиях торговли; - проведен анализ организации торгово-технологического процесса и эффективности организации дополнительных услуг на предприятии ООО «Городской супермаркет»; - составлены рекомендации по повышению эффективности организации дополнительных услуг на предприятии ООО «Городской супермаркет»; - приведена экономическая оценка целесообразности предложенных мероприятий по совершенствованию используемых дополнительных услуг на предприятии ООО «Городской супермаркет». Актуальность темы обусловлена повышением доли дополнительных услуг в деятельности предприятий торговли. Источниками информации выступили нормативно-правовые акты РФ, отечественная и зарубежная научная литература по теме исследования, данные предприятий и открытые источники. Были использованы поисковые системы Яндекс и Google. При обработке данных использовались следующие программы: Microsoft Excel, Google Формы, Adobe Photoshop. Предложены мероприятия по повышению скорости работы сервиса доставки продуктов на дом и организации бесплатных парковочных мест для клиентов компании.

The given work is devoted to the analysis and formation of recommendations on the organization of additional services and their impact on the efficiency of the LLC "Gorodskoy supermarket". The research set the following goals: The concepts of technological process and additional services at a trading enterprise were considered. The theoretical foundations of the organization of additional services, as well as methods for evaluating their effectiveness at trade enterprises were studied. The analysis of the organization of the trade and technological process and the effectiveness of the organization of additional services at the LLC "Gorodskoy supermarket" was carried out. The analysis of the effectiveness of the organization of additional services on the example of the LLC "Gorodskoy supermarket" was carried out. Recommendations have been suggested to improve the efficiency of the organization of additional services at the LLC "Gorodskoy supermarket". The economic assessment of the expediency of the proposed measures to improve the additional services used at the LLC "Gorodskoy supermarket" was given. The sources of information were regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, domestic and foreign scientific literature on the subject of research, enterprise data and open sources. Were used search engines Yandex and Google. The following programs were used for data processing: Microsoft Excel, Google Forms, Adobe Photoshop. Measures are proposed to increase the speed of the food delivery service to the house and the organization of free parking spaces for the companys customers.
