The topic of the final qualifying work: "Managing the process of digital and ESG transformation at engineering enterprises of the manufacturing industry using simulation modeling". During the research, models for assessing the dynamics of enterprise development "as is" and "as it should be" were developed using simulation modeling in the iThink software. The model is based on the diffuse model of F. Bass. The process of transition from the state "as is" to the state "as it should be" is a process of transformation. The paper proposes a new method of managing the transformation process and forms recommendations for its application using an adapted game theory apparatus for decision-making in the process of transformation. The methodology is based on the adapted stages of transformational changes.
