Данная работа посвящена изучению вопросов, связанных со становлением и развитием института гражданства в государствах-членах СНГ. Был проведен сравнительный анализ законодательства о гражданстве в странах СНГ: изучение положений о гражданстве в различных странах Содружества Независимых Государств (СНГ) для выявления общих и отличающихся аспектов государств-участников, дана характеристика основным правовым нормам, регулирующих институт гражданства. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: оценка механизмов защиты гражданских прав и свобод лиц без гражданства в странах СНГ, изучение законодательных и правовых механизмов, предназначенных для обеспечения защиты прав и свобод лиц без гражданства в странах СНГ, и оценка их эффективности, изучить политико-правовые нормы регулирования института гражданства, рассмотреть перспективы развития норм права, регулирующих институт гражданства в государствах-членах СНГ. Исследование правового регулирования института гражданства в государствах-членах СНГ позволяет понять, как именно развивался институт гражданства в государствах СНГ и обозначить перспективы его развития. Анализ этих проблем позволит идентифицировать вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются государства и предложить рекомендации для их решения.

This work is devoted to the study of issues related to the formation and development of the institution of citizenship in the CIS member states. A comparative analysis of the legislation on citizenship in the CIS countries was carried out: a study of the provisions on citizenship in various countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to identify common and different aspects of the participating states, a description of the basic legal norms governing the institution of citizenship was given. Tasks that were solved during the study: assessment of mechanisms for the protection of civil rights and freedoms of stateless persons in the CIS countries, study of legislative and legal mechanisms designed to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of stateless persons in the CIS countries, and evaluation of their effectiveness, to study the political and legal norms regulating the institution of citizenship, to consider the prospects for the development of norms the rights governing the institution of citizenship in the CIS member states. The study of the legal regulation of the institution of citizenship in the CIS member states makes it possible to understand exactly how the institution of citizenship developed in the CIS states and to identify the prospects for its development. The analysis of these problems will allow identifying the challenges faced by States and offering recommendations for their solution.
