Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка методики выбора источников инноваций для решения технических задач технологической компании». Работа посвящена исследованию факторов, влияющих на выбор источника инновации, решающей техническую задачу компании, и разработку методики на их основе. Разработанная методика направлена на повышение осознанности выбора источника инновации в каждом конкретном случае. Полученные результаты: 1. Проведен обзор и анализ существующих методов внедрения инноваций и оценки эффективности. 2. На основе данных о запросах компаний выявлены факторы, влияющие на эффективность различных источников инноваций. 3. Разработана методика оценки эффективности источников инноваций с учетом выявленных факторов на основе методов оценки эффективности инновационных проектов и анализа рисков. 4. Проведена апробация методики на задачах компании «СВЕЗА-Лес» и российской технологической биржи «Rtechex.org», результаты апробации соответствуют экспертным оценкам представителей компаний. Основной научный результат – методика выбора источника инновации, применимая при решении технических задач компаний, относящихся к различным сферам деятельности.       Использование методики позволяет принимать решение после оценки рисков и возможных затрат, позволяет увидеть новые возможности, которые ранее игнорировались. Осознанный выбор источника инновации в долгосрочной перспективе обеспечивает конкурентное преимущество, ввиду минимизации расходов. Методика способствует увеличению числа отправляемых запросов на решение технических проблем компаний, что повысит информированность инновационных команд в нуждах современного бизнеса и промышленности.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of a methodology for selecting sources of innovation for solving technical problems of a technology company". The work is devoted to the study of factors influencing the choice of the source of innovation that solves the technical problem of the company, and the development of a methodology based on them. The developed methodology is designed to improve the quality of the choice of the source of innovation in each specific case. Results: 1. The review and analysis of existing methods of innovation implementation and efficiency assessment is carried out. 2. Based on the data on the requests of companies, factors affecting the effectiveness of various sources of innovation have been identified. 3. A methodology has been developed for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation sources, taking into account the identified factors, based on methods for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects and risk analysis. 4. The methodology was tested on the tasks of the company "SVEZA-Les" and the Russian technology Exchange "Rtechex.org ", the results of the approbation correspond to the expert assessments of the representatives of the companies. The main scientific result is the method of choosing the source of innovation, applicable to solving technical problems of companies related to various fields of activity. Using the methodology allows you to make a decision after assessing the risks and possible costs, allows you to see new opportunities that were previously ignored. The choice of the source of innovation based on quantitative data provides a competitive advantage in the long term, due to the minimization of costs. The methodology helps to raise awareness of innovative teams in the needs of modern business and industry.
