В данной работе рассмотрены вопросы разработки проекта торгового комплекса с оценкой воздействия на окружающую среду как во время строительства, так и во время эксплуатации здания. В проекте проведены расчеты количества парковочных мест, количества с/у, необходимого количества осветительных приборов торгового зала, выбросов загрязняющих веществ дизельного генератора и других источников. Результатами проектирования являются: BIM модель проектируемого здания; Расчет влияния объекта на экологическую среду на стадии строительства; Расчет влияния объекта на экологическую среду на стадии эксплуатации; Настоящая работа выполнена в соответствии с нормативными документами. При написании работы активно использовались современные информационные технологии, в том числе программное обеспечение Autodesk Revit 2020, AutoCAD 2018, Microsoft Word 2016, Excel 2016, Twinmotion 2023, УПРЗА Эколог, АТП Эколог.

In this paper, the issues of developing a shopping complex project with an environmental impact assessment both during construction and during the operation of the building are considered.
