The topic of the final qualifying work: "The use of powder materials for the detection of hazardous substances." This work is devoted to the analysis of existing explosives simulators and the development of technology to improve the creation of a simulator based on graphite, melamine and 9-water aluminum nitrate. In this work, several tasks were set: 1. Analysis of various methods of non-destructive testing of hazardous substances; 2. Analysis of existing explosive simulators; 3. Investigation of the properties of the initial powders selected to create the simulator; 4. The study of the processes of forming blanks of simulators. In the course of the work, the properties of graphite, melamine and 9-water aluminum nitrate materials were studied, as well as their characteristics in the composition of the mixture. A few experiments were conducted to study the compactness of individual components and mixtures of them, and a technology for manufacturing prototypes was proposed.
