Целью работы является анализ экономической эффективности и рисков внедрения цифрового двойника на примере Ново-Свердловской ТЭЦ. Были решены следующие задачи: − исследовать существующие параметры и тенденции рынка цифровых двойников в энергетике; − выявить преимуществ цифровых двойников для энергетических предприятий с учетом существующих классификаций; − изучить опыт разработки и основных участников рынка цифровых двойников России; − выявить факторы, определяющие эффективность цифровых двойников на ТЭЦ; − оценить показатели эффективности и риски внедрения цифровых двойников на примере ТЭЦ. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств, а также расчетная модель АО «ИТЦ «ДЖЭТ». В ходе работы были рассчитаны и проанализированы показатели эффективности проекта внедрения цифрового двойника ТЭЦ. Оценка инвестиционной привлекательности проекта проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel).

The given work is devoted to analyzing the economic efficiency and risks of implementing a digital twin at the Novo-Sverdlovsk thermal power plant. The research set the following goals: − researching trends of the digital twins market in the energy sector; − identifying the advantages of digital twins for energy companies, taking into account existing classifications; − studying the experience of the development and the main participants of the digital twins market in Russia; − identifying the factors determining the effectiveness of digital twins at the thermal power plant; − analysis of the economic efficiency indicators and risks of implementing digital twins at the CHP. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. In the course of the work, the economic efficiency indicators of the project for the implementation of the digital twin of the thermal power plant were calculated and analyzed. The investment attractiveness of the project was assessed using the MS Office (Excel).
