Annotation
A search for data on the topic of work in the sources of scientific and technical information has been implemented using Yandex and Google search programs in global computer networks. The obtained data is processed and formatted using information technologies Excell, COMSOL, etc. The analysis of the prepared results of the study of ionic-molecular reactions with the formation and participation of mobile protons and other active ions in films on the surface of a solid is performed. Studies of reactions on the surface of polymer, including protein, organic films on a solid substrate combine physics, chemistry, materials science, biology, medicine, hybrid microelectronics, nanoscale engineering, etc. The revealed processes and the results of their analysis can be useful in the development of hybrid microelectronic devices with built-in biomolecular components.
