The work is devoted to the search for patterns of polarimetric parameters of biomolecular films, determined by the method of polarimetry, depending on the concentration of amino acids. Biomolecular films of alanine and glycine were taken as objects of study. The purpose of this work is to study the structural and physical properties of biomolecular films using the polarimetry method. As a result, regularities of polarimetric parameters versus concentration were revealed. It has been found that the dependence of the linear dichroism parameter is determined by the film morphology and can reflect the transition from one film structure to another, while the parameter, the degree of polarization, is associated not only with the structure of the final film, but also with the molecules that make up it. In the future, the obtained data can be used to create a general model that characterizes the change in the physical and structural parameters of films made on the basis of biomolecules.
