Данная работа посвящена изучению специфики взаимодействия России и стран СНГ в области решения экологических проблем. В ходе исследования были рассмотрены теоретико-методологические подходы к изучению проблем в сфере охраны окружающей среды; определена сущность и понятийный аппарат проблемного поля в отношении международного сотрудничества в сфере охраны окружающей среды; выделены характерные особенности международного сотрудничества РФ и стран СНГ в сфере охраны окружающей среды; охарактеризованы объединения государств, входящих в состав СНГ, созданных для решения экологических проблем; указаны основные направления совершенствования интеграционных процессов в рамках развития межрегиональных, а также приграничных связей Российской Федерации с государствами СНГ. Проанализированы проблемы развития международного сотрудничества по решению экологических проблем на приграничных территориях РФ с государствами СНГ; определены перспективы дальнейшего развития международного сотрудничества РФ с государствами СНГ в сфере охраны окружающей среды.

This work is devoted to the study of the specifics of interaction between Russia and the CIS countries in the field of solving environmental problems. In the course of the study, theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of problems in the field of environmental protection were considered; the essence and conceptual apparatus of the problem field in relation to international cooperation in the field of environmental protection were determined; characteristic features of international cooperation between the Russian Federation and CIS countries in the field of environmental protection were highlighted; associations of CIS member states created by to solve environmental problems; the main directions of improving integration processes within the framework of the development of interregional and cross-border relations of the Russian Federation with the CIS states are indicated. The problems of development of international cooperation in solving environmental problems in the border territories of the Russian Federation with the CIS states are analyzed; prospects for further development of international cooperation of the Russian Federation with the CIS states in the field of environmental protection are determined.
