Данная работа посвящена рассмотрению системы руководящих органов  Евразийского экономического союза. В работе проанализированы предпосылки создания Евразийского экономического союза. Исследованы  правовые основы функционирования руководящих органов Евразийского  экономического союза. На основании полученного материала были раскрыты  способы оптимизации деятельности руководящих органов Евразийского экономического союза.

This work is devoted to the consideration of the system of governing bodies  of the Eurasian Economic Union. The paper analyzes the prerequisites for the  creation of the Eurasian Economic Union. As a result, the legal foundations of the  functioning of the system of governing bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union were  investigated. Based on the received material, the ways of optimizing the activities of  the governing bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union were revealed.
