Данная работа посвящена изучению правового механизма реализации института наследования, а также его современные подходы теории и практики. В результате было проанализировано состояние правового механизма реализации института наследования в современности. Разработаны направления развития правового механизма реализации института наследования. На основании полученного материала удалось определить перспективы дальнейшего развития правового механизма реализации института наследования.

This work is devoted to the study of the legal mechanism for the implementation of the institute of inheritance, as well as its modern approaches of theory and practice. As a result, the state of the legal mechanism for the implementation of the institute of inheritance in modern times was analyzed.
