Данная работа посвящена исследованию понятия, сущности и полномочий федеральных служб как структурного элемента системы федеральных органов исполнительной власти. Проведен анализ структурно-организационных элементов правового статуса федеральных служб, выявлены особенности разграничения понятий «система» и «структура» государственного органа и исследован уровень взаимодействия федеральных служб в рамках системы с иными органами государственного управления. Рассмотрена нормативная база деятельности федеральных служб и выявлены актуальные проблемы и тенденции развития законодательства в области предмета исследования.

The given work is devoted to studying the concept, essence and powers of federal services as a structural element of the system of federal executive authorities. The analysis of the structural and organizational elements of the legal status of federal services is carried out, the features of the differentiation of the concepts of "system" and "structure" of a state body are revealed, and the level of interaction of federal services within the system with other public administration bodies is investigated. The regulatory framework of the activities of federal services is considered and current problems and trends in the development of legislation in the field of the subject of research are identified.
