В данной работе рассмотрены вопросы детализации технических характеристик здания, построения технологии по расчету и выдаче итоговых таблиц-спецификаций по утилизации строительных отходов от сноса здания. В ходе написания данной магистерской диссертации были выполнены следующие задачи: 1. Анализ информации по вопросу утилизации строительного мусора и также проблематики вопроса. 2. Разработка технологии по расчету объема строительных отходов в результате полного/частичного демонтажа (сноса) здания. 3. Моделирование здания в детализации LOD200. 4. Анализ и предложения по вопросу утилизации и повторного применения отходов, полученных при демонтаже здания. Настоящая работа выполнена в соответствии с нормативными документами, техническими регламентами, рекомендациями по моделировании зданий и сооружений.

In this paper, the issues of detailing the technical characteristics of the building, the construction of technology for calculating and issuing final tables-specifications for the disposal of construction waste from the demolition of the building are considered. During the writing of this master s thesis , the following tasks were performed: 1. Analysis of information on the disposal of construction debris and also the issue of the issue. 2. Development of technology for calculating the volume of construction waste as a result of complete/partial dismantling (demolition) of the building. 3. Modeling of the building in detail LOD200. 4. Analysis and suggestions on the disposal and reuse of waste obtained during the dismantling of the building. This work was carried out in accordance with regulatory documents, technical regulations, recommendations for modeling buildings and structures.
