Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка концепции франчайзинга в сфере розничной продажи лекарств». Данная работа посвящена исследованию франчайзинговой системы в сфере розничной продажи лекарств и разработке концепции, учитывающей особенности рассмотренных систем. Основные задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение теоретических основ франчайзинга. 2. Рассмотрение существующих концепций. 3. Анализ рынка фармацевтической отрасли. 4. Разработка концепции и франчайзинговой системы для сферы розничной продажи лекарств на примере аптечной сети «Апрель». 5. Анализ эффективности предложенной концепции. В результате была разработана концепция, учитывающая недостатки существующих методов, а также была сформулирована франчайзинговая система в целом, с учетом особенностей сферы розничной продажи лекарств. Были учтены недостатки существующих франшиз – конкурентов. После проверки разработанной концепции, была проведена оценка эффективности разработанной концепции, на основании которой было вынесено решение о том, что предложенный проект является экономически эффективным как для франчайзера, так и для франчайзи.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of the concept of franchising in the field of retail sale of medicines". This work is devoted to the study of the franchise system in the field of retail sale of medicines and the development of a concept that considers the features of the systems considered. The main tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of franchising. 2. Consideration of existing concepts. 3. Analysis of the pharmaceutical industry market. 4. Development of the concept and franchise system for the retail sale of medicines on the example of the pharmacy chain "April". 5. Analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed concept. As a result, a concept was developed that considers the shortcomings of existing methods, and the franchising system was formulated, considering the specifics of the retail sale of medicines. The disadvantages of existing competing franchises were considered. After checking the developed concept, an evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed concept was carried out, based on which it was decided that the proposed project is economically effective for both the franchisor and the franchisee.
