In this work we investigated the dependence of tribotechnical properties of the cladding material on its microstructure. For more complete understanding of the surfacing process it was necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. examination by metallographic methods of deposited materials obtained by electric arc cladding under fluxes (FK-45, FC-16), as well as laser cladding (Stellit, Inconel alloys). Measurements of macro-hardness and micro-hardness, analysis of the results for deposited materials after automatic submerged arc cladding and laser cladding. Analysis of the results of studies of tribotechnical properties of materials of submerged arc cladding and laser cladding materials. Used the following equipment - Work was carried out with the following devices: digital microscope microscope LOMO, automatic microhardness FM-300, a friction machine SMTs-2. As a result, it was obtained that the microstructure of the cladding material significantly affects the wear resistance. Laser claddings Inconel and Stellite are superior to electric arc claddings in wear resistance. Electroarc cladding material under ceramic flux with martensitic structure and residual austenite has high wear resistance compared to other flux.
